  • After finding your desired items, there are only five steps to follow:
  • 1. Shopping cart
  • Select the size for your items (if applicable) and use the “ADD TO CART” button.
  • Review your shopping cart by selecting the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. You can delete items from your shopping cart or change the quantity and size.If everything is alright, click on “CHECKOUT” to proceed with your order.
  • 2. Personal details and KEEP SMILING account
  • Enter your personal details and address. If you have a KEEP SMILING. account, simply log in and everything is filled in with your info. If you don't have a KEEP SMILING. account you can either create one, or checkout as a guest.
  • 3. Delivery
  • Enter the delivery address details. The delivery address can be different from your home address.
  • 4. Check
  • This is the last step before finalizing your order. Check the order details and if everything looks good, click continue.
  • 5. Payment
  • You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. You will receive another email once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
  • Shipping will generally be processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. ALL items are shipped through United Postal Service (USPS) unless a different shipping service is requested by buyer. We do not ship orders out on weekends or national holidays. To ensure that your package arrives in the correct time, Please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, building numbers and apartment numbers are critically for ensuring timey delivers. KEEP SMILING BRAND is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our warehouse and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
  • FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR TAXES. Shipping cost may vary depending on destination country. Once packages leave the United States, there is no way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations.
  • Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. We are not responsible for unclaimed, lost or stolen packages or delaying in package arrival by the Postal Service.
  • All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific sales and items purchased using sale codes. If there is a mistake on our company behalf we will gladly fix it.
  • If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
