Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be packed in our warehouse, but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. We offer free shipping for domestic orders in the U.S. which are over the value of $75, after discounts and promotions are applied.
We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Russia, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu.

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
